I Am Gaia blend is specially formulated  to support women's health and healing. Formulated from the most revered women's herbs used in Chinese medicine to replenish and nourish blood and support for a healthy menstrual cycle.

At the roots this blend will offer deep nourishment of the body, mind and spirit. It supports healthy blood flow through the liver, spleen, heart and kidneys regulating hormones, menstruation and increasing overall lubrication. This blend is also great to increase fertility!

Taste profile
Does not have an off putting taste. Pleasant to drink on its own in hot water, but we of course love to put this in our cacao.

Sourcing
All herbs in this formula are sourced Di Tao from herb-producing regions of China.

Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
This is one of our favourite postpartum herbal formulas (JING is the other).
Contraindicated in cases of diarrhoea due to Spleen deficiency.
Best taken in combination with QI blend (or take QI first, then Gaia) in these cases. Consult with a TCM practitioner if unsure if this formulation is right for you.

Storage
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
